I know I know, I have already posted pictures of this beautiful family already- but this is the deal- I was finishing the editing for this family and found more I just had to post!  I’m just in love with these boys, they couldn’t have been more precious.

It’s so hard to believe how fast time can truly fly.  When I began pursuing photography 8 years ago, these were my my first models.  Since Savannah and McKinley were the babies in our family at the time, it seemed only normal that they would be my “models”.  Oh how I tortured them!  They were so precious.  Sometimes I just want time to stop so we can keep our babies little for just a little while longer. While on vacation this summer, I did do a photo shoot with Savannah and McKinley- Savannah is still more than willing to get her picture taken, but McKinley has finally outgrown “my picture taking”!  I also was able to take some pictures of my beautiful baby sister with Savannah and McKinley- the first time ever and although it was such a hot summer night, I just love them.

This little precious baby was such a sweetie!  He never got fussy one time, which was impressive since it was a 100 degrees outside!

When I was taking these pictures of this sweet little family, it took me back to how I felt when my first child was born.  Becoming a parent for the first time is filled with joy, happiness, anxiety, and not knowing exactly what you are doing.  With all of the uncertainty there was one thing that I did know for sure, that I was completely in love with that small little baby that I would call mine.  I saw that look on these young, sweet parent’s face- the look of becoming a parent for the first time.  I hope that you enjoy these as much as I loved capturing them.

I have been so fortunate to have the opportunity to photograph the most awesome High School seniors!  And Karliegh is no exception!  I met Karliegh a year ago when she and her mother came in for our grand opening- I fell in love with her!  I told her to come back in one year as I would love for her to be a part of our Senior Rep program- and here she is!  She is so precious!  And such a wonderful example to others.  I wanted to get her sneak peak up for her- she’s been so patient while I’ve been on vacation! :)  Enjoy!

Can I just say ADORABLE!! I was so excited for the opportunity to photograph triplets- a little nervous I have to admit, but so excited.  These precious babies were just perfect!  They each had their own funny personalities and I was in such awe of them!  I hope that you enjoy them as much as I did!

“Keep me away from the wisdom which does not cry, the philosophy which does not laugh, and the greatness which does not bow before children.”  ~Kahlil Gibran

I was going through some old files the other day and came across these pictures I took of some of the many children in my family.  The first 2 images was some of the first pictures I ever took.  My niece and nephews were so young then!  The other set of patriotic pictures were from two years ago of my daughters and niece and nephew.  Sometimes I wish that I could just stop time when I see how fast my children are growing up.  It makes me so proud to not only be a mother and an aunt- but to have been born an American.

I hope that you enjoy them!

Meet Hailey and Kyle!  It’s hard to believe that I have known their mother since she was 10 years old- now she has these beautiful children!  We had such a great time and absolutely fell in love with these teenagers. They were so sweet to one another and it made me realize why I love this job!  Thank you for such a sweet session.

“To the outside world, we all grow old. But not to brothers and sisters. We know each other as we always were. We know each other’s hearts. We share private family jokes. We remember family feuds and secrets, family griefs and joys. We live outside the touch of time.” ~Clara Ortega

I am still playing catch up on posting pictures- it seems like I will never get caught up!  Can I just say how adorable this young woman is?!!  She had already booked a session with another photographer, and lucky for us she decided to give us a try!  She was absolutely stunning and such a joy to work with.  Not only is Paige beautiful on the outside, she is even more beautiful on the inside.  Missy and I adore her.  Congratulations Paige- we love you! :)

I have been doing this sweet babies pictures since she was born.  She was the most beautiful baby when she was born and is getting cuter everyday!  She is so full of personality and  cracked Missy and I up during this session, how quickly I forget to how it feels to run after a 2 year old!.  At one point (as you will see) she only wanted to play with rocks!  Who say’s girls can’t play with rocks in a dress?!  Missy has such a gift with newborns and children…… and teenagers- okay, she’s good with everyone, but especially with children, so I included a couple of my “partner in crime” in action.
